One Year Paid In Full Personal Training Membership Agreement - **Total Cost**: **$3,600** (calculated at a rate of $25/hour) + 3% tax This membership grants you access to three one-hour training sessions per week. In case of missed sessions, you may schedule an additional session each week to ensure you can make up for any absences. Please note the following important terms regarding your membership: - This membership is non-refundable once initiated. - Membership cannot be paused for any reason, except in the event of a major life-threatening medical emergency. - Any time taken away from work by the trainer, such as vacation periods, will be added to the membership duration.
